Smart Card Sunday

Today has just been a pretty calm day...
Went to church
Got home and ate lunch
Mom and I went to Target, Toys 'R' Us, Best Buy, and even stopped by Krispy Kremes for a little treat :)
Came home and just hung out, listened to music, etc.
And now we're getting ready to eat dinner- lasagna and bread sticks, yummm

Since we don't have school tomorrow my mom and I might watch a fun movie tonight or something too. And thank goodness, I'm getting my computer back tomorrow so I will check out all of your blogs to read and comment on all of the posts I missed.

Since it's Sunday, here is the saying for Smart Card Sunday..

SpEaK uP
No one can know how
you feel if you don't
tell them.

Not much to say, just a quick little update! Hope you all are doing well and have a great week!

Have a good day off tomorrow! What movie are you thinking of for tonight??

I am excited that Bridge to Terabithia is going to be a movie--have you ever read that? So sweet.

I was shocked by this particular Smart Card Sunday. There is this wonderful surgeon I work with (very old) who I absolutely love, mainly because he is so thorough and SUCH a gentle, kind, humble person. I pulled him aside a couple of months ago to tell him how much respect I have for him and what a wonderful physician I think he is... well, he never let any other surgeons to cover for him, so he would see his patients on weekends, and he was always on call. On his way home a week ago Sunday from the hospital, he was in a fatal car accident. Such a tremendous loss to the community, but he lived doing what he loved most, helping others. I'm glad I spoke up and told him how I felt about him. I think I'll try to do that with everyone.
Thanks for posting this. I love Smart Card Sunday.

I loved your smart card Sunday this week.
How very true it is if we do not speak up,however it is not always so easy to do.
I think the comment Kris posted said it best, we need to tell people how special they are before it is to late.
Glad you get your computer back, we shoulsd see some good catch up posting now.
And the lasagna sounds so good. Have any leftovers??? Send them my way.LOL
